I’m a certified transformation coach and creative strategist. My work is rooted in a belief I’ve seen play out again and again: when you feel more connected to who you are, the way you show up in your life begins to change.
I spent 13 years as a hairstylist, helping women feel seen, beautiful, and confident. I loved watching someone leave my chair standing a little taller. But I also learned that an external transformation can only take us so far. The conversations we had in that chair—about identity, relationships, ambition, and change—often mattered just as much as the work I did with my hands. I realized I had been guiding people through transformation all along.
From 2020 to 2025, I brought that same care into branding and social media. I helped clients express their ideas and become more visible, but the deeper work was often beneath the strategy: moving through the fear of being seen, trusting their voice, and allowing themselves to show up authentically.
That path led me to coaching. Today, I support women and men in reconnecting with themselves, exploring what may be holding them back, and taking aligned steps toward the life they want to create. I offer one-on-one sessions, speak at events, and lead workshops and retreats designed to make space for reflection, connection, and meaningful change.
To me, alignment and magnetism aren’t about becoming someone else.
It’s what happens when you feel at home in yourself—and let the world meet you there.

Main Biography
My work lives at the intersection of psychology, spirituality, nervous system awareness, and personal transformation. I guide high-performing creatives, founders, and leaders through the fears, patterns, and stored emotions that may be keeping them disconnected from their truth. Together, we create the awareness and inner safety needed to release what no longer serves them, reconnect with their authority and move through life with greater alignment, confidence and self-trust.
Before becoming a coach, I spent more than 13 years as a hairstylist and six years working in branding, marketing and creative direction across the beauty, fashion, wellness and education industries. Those experiences taught me that transformation is never only external. The way we present ourselves, lead, communicate, and create is deeply connected to how we feel within.
That understanding became the foundation of my work: helping people bridge the space between who they have been, who they truly are, and who they are becoming.
Today, I offer private coaching, guided visualizations, workshops, sound experiences, speaking engagements, and retreat facilitation. My approach brings together psychospiritual principles, somatic awareness, intuitive insight and grounded reflection to help people reconnect with their voice, soften out of survival patterns and create lives that feel authentic from the inside out.
I am also the founder of Social Magnetism Agency and Collective, a growing community created to bring artists, educators, coaches, healers and conscious leaders together through collaboration, connection and meaningful experiences.
Whether I am guiding an intimate coaching session, facilitating a wellness experience, or speaking within an organizational space, my intention remains the same: to create an environment where people feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to expand, and empowered enough to choose a life that reflects their truth.
Because when we return to ourselves, alignment becomes more than an idea—it becomes the way we live, lead, and create.

What I believe
I believe awareness creates choice. I believe the body often communicates what the mind has learned to suppress. I believe boundaries can be loving, softness can be powerful and our sensitivity can become a source of wisdom when it is paired with discernment. Most of all, I believe transformation happens when we stop performing who we think we should be and begin honoring who we truly are.
